For established groups with their own GM.

Do you already have an established group and are looking for a weekly or bi-weekly space to hold your campaign? Rent our premium private gaming room, centrally located at the Griffons Den near Quadra/Hillside and decked out with everything you need to run your own TTRPG.

The Griffons Den

Group membership

$100 a session before tax. Up to 9 participants (8 players plus GM). Room bookings reserve the same time-slot from week to week, and require a monthly recurring Group Membership to the Griffons Den. We do not accept single-session rentals; we require an ongoing month-to-month commitment to use our space.

Monthly Group Memberships are based on $100 a session. Each weekday has four occurrences in eight months and five occurrences in four months of the year, so all our membership rates are based on an average 4.33 sessions per month.

  1. Weekly bookings$454.65 taxes includedper month, the same slot every week
  2. Bi-weekly bookings$227.33 taxes includedper month, the same slot every second week

The Griffons Den

Pick the day, start time and rhythm your group plays to. Sessions are three hours in Room 2. Card or Canadian pre-authorized debit, month to month, cancel any time; the room is yours to the end of the month already paid. The Membership Terms are signed before payment.
